Our logo is obviouslly inspired in the DNA double helix, but there is more to it than just that. Its colors are inspired in Brazil’s national flag and in Macaé’s main product – the oil (the black in the hydrogen bonds). Besides, its shape was designed to celebrate Macaé’s highest peak and one of its main landmarks: the Pico do Frade (Friar’s Peak). See for youself:
